
Delivery and Pickup Information:
The delivery fee is added to every individual flower order in your subscription. For Pickup Option, the delivery fee is waived. Delivery or pickup is entered upon checkout. Please enter the delivery address where the subscription is being delivered.
For weekly subscriptions, we will set reoccurring delivery/pickup dates based on your first delivery/pickup (ie same day of the week.) If your delivery/pickup date falls on a statutory holiday, it will be delivered the following day.
Automatic Reminders and Rescheduling your Delivery or Pickup:
We send automatic emailed reminders 3-4 days before each scheduled delivery/pickup. Please include the recipient's email when placing your order, so they know when to expect their delivery/pickup. If you’re needing to skip a shipment or pickup, you will need to give us notice of 48 hours or more to change your subscription schedule. Please email us to do so, or if you have any questions about your recurring orders. We’ll be happy to help!
